ABSTRACT
Patients' safety is a hot topic of hospital management all over the word. Strengthening the patients' safety education for medical students and nursing students is an effective measure to protect patients' safety. In nursing school of Chongqing Medical University,patients' safety education was con-ducted through the course of undergraduate education. Contents of patients' safety education were com-bined with the professional courses,which are taught step by step in the professional course learning phase for different grades. Patients' safety education took a lot of teaching forms to cultivate the students' patient safety consciousness and preliminary results were achieved.
ABSTRACT
This article analyzed the prominent features of simulated experiment teaching in the Nursing College of Michigan State University under the guidance of assessment center from three aspects:course offering,organization and practiced manner.This article also proposed some suggestions for simulated experiment in view of the present situation,aiming at effectively training nursing students' comprehensive capability and improving their occupation competency.

SD rats were injected with streptozotocin and fed with high fat diet,used as type 2 diabetic model. Transcription factor Fox01 [in nucleus (15.00±1. 15 vs 6.45±0. 62) %, P<0.05], Caspase-3 [(23.73 ±1.48 vs 6.30±2.20)% ,P<0.01] expressions in pancreatic istet β cells and the positive rate of islet β cells apoptosis[(22.29±1.84 vs 6.25±2.42) %, P<0.01] in diabetic rats were higher than those of control rats. The islet cells which highly expresed Fox01 (in nucleus)and caspase-3 were just the apoptotic islet cells. Therefore,Fox01 may be involved in regulating apoptosis of islet β cells in type 2 diabetes.

Objective:To investigate the expression of PLC?in INS-1,and the role of PLC?in glucose-stimulated insulin secretion(GSIS).Methods:(1)The six primers of PLC isoforms were designed.The template of INS-1's RNA was collected,RT-PCR was used to analyse the expression of PLC isoforms.(2)The glucose concentration were set at: 10,20,40,80,100 mmol/L,and stimulated INS-1 respectively.The content of insulin in INS-1's supernatant liquid was detected.The time groups were set as: 20,40,60,80,120 min.The content of insulin in INS-1's supernatant liquid was detected.(3)After the stimulus of glucose,RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of PLC?.Results:(1) PLC?,PLC?,PLC?,PLC?,PLC?were expressed in INS-1.(2) Exposure of INS-1 to 40mM glucose for 60 min,the content of insulin secretion reached the maximum and RT-PCR and Western Blot detected that the expression of PLC?was raised.Conclusion:(1)PLC?was expressed in INS-1.(2)Under the stimulation of glucose,the PLC?'s expression was augmented,so PLC? was probably participated in the signal transduction pathway of GSIS in INS-1.
